Hitters still suck. Still seeing a ton of swings trying to launch the ball. Need to shorten the swings and put the ball in the gaps.

I had thought about putting that in quotes, but it is only the first game of the season. I figured I'd wait until tomorrow.

1st game of season but we've seen this approach for years so its just a continuation.

Just got home in work in time to see us strike out 3 times. 1 looking and 2 swinging at garbage. I guess I can't say we aren't consistent with our great hitting coach leading the way.

I'm not sure what they see in Brandon Marsh. Nothing but a platoon player (at best). Watched a ball go right down the middle for his fourth strikeout.

I'd rather see Rojas out there, if anything at least the defense would be better.

And Bohm smokes that pitch for a two run double.
