2-0 was the best pitch Schwarber saw and he watches it go by for a called strike. Two pitches he swung at were both balls with the 3-2 pitch being the worst pitch he saw. Trying to be a hero rather than loading the bases for a better hitter, Bohm.

Last year the Phillies dominated the bad teams during August - Nola really crapped the bed yet again
If the Phillies do somehow get the WC, Nola cannot be part of the rotation

Terrible loss.
I wonder if this team leads the league in grounding into double plays?

They aren't going to outslug teams - unless they get great pitching, hard for them to win - that is why they are a 500 caliber team since the break and no reason to expect it to get better
They are actually around 20th in hitting into DPs
