I'd have a high bar for trading Stott, but he's not untouchable. Would depend on the deal. I would not do Stott for Chapman.

And with Abel and Painter, the Worst Case scenario is that you hold onto them and they're Kyle Drabek. I hope Stott is the next great thing. But to say he's not movable is short-term thinking. The Braves moved two former first round picks in the Olson deal. In fact, three of the guys sent in the trade could all be seeing major league playing time this year. Nobody is untradable.

Middleton and company fail to realize the total lack of organizational depth is the primary reason you need to go spend at will on FA's to buy enough time to build back the farm. Teams like the Braves, Dodgers, Astros can just click a few boxes on their elite prospect treasure trove and fill the gaps as needed.
Harper should want out of here.
