It gets tricky. You want Dominguez when the order rolls back over. That could be 8th. Can Dominguez go 2 innings safely at this point. ....
Or do you go with Eflin-Dominguez-Wheeler?

Setting up for 4 outs by Eflin and Dominguez closes ... maybe
