This defense does not look good. This is starting to feel like last year where we won a bunch of games to start, but they looked really bad doing it.

And Gardner-Johnson sucks.

I don't understand the point of the illegal man down field being called on those plays. It's over officiating. There is no advantage. The OL can't know what the QB is doing and the ball is going outside. I could see making that call if the play is near the down field OL, but who is it hurting? It's a call for the sake of making a call.
