I’ve been saying it on Twitter but Phillies priority at the deadline has to to find a way to move one of Schwarber or Castellanos, even sending money for someone to take Schwarber.
One of the worst contracts in baseball right now.
You cannot be locked into both of them for 3 more years, your defense will never be anything other than like bad.
It’s the worst baseball defense I’ve ever seen, not to mention both contracts.

At least Castellanos looks decent at the plate this season.
Schwarber is an albatross with his contract. Adam Dunn part II, if even that.

It's a shame - Suarez/Nola both pitched well
At least this will end the Phils still can win the division nar that some in the media were spouting.

At least Castellanos has made a number of top quality plays actually catching the ball. He may not get to some, but I don't think I've seen him drop a ball literally hit right at him like Schwarber last night. He's also hitting .315, at least he was. He's near league lead in doubles. Even with Schwarber's 20 HRs, there aren't enough RBIs, his BA is garbage w RoB or RISP.

That's baseball. You can hide a guy in a close game for 9 innings but not ten.
