Glad to see they responded to my anger.
Saved by the utter haplessness of the Mets.

I'm not sure Showalter makes it through the next week or so.

Thomson gets the last laugh. Maybe he WAS right about going all-in to get that Friday win. This series was an escape act.

This *almost* makes up for that game vs. the Mets in May 2022 that I think was the low point of the season.

Gary Cohen on the Mets’ cast very pointedly opined that Showalter used his B level relievers in the 8th instead his A level guys..
A bad week at home vs the Brewers and Giants could be his demise

Showalter mismanaging his bullpen - shocking. Britton is still well rested from that AL Wild Card game that he lost....

Yeah, Robertson did pitch 1.2 innings yesterday, but on only, what, 11 pitches?
Also D-Rob was warming in the NINTH when all the damage was done.
