Never said it only happens to Hurts, but you can't deny that it's been happening a lot more. And when the other team knows all of your receivers are terrible and can't get open so they rush him every down, maybe he should have a little more pocket awareness.

So how soon does the Belichick talk start? I would like Sirianni gone, but Belichick is NOT the answer.

I think they said Barkley failed on a blitz pickup.

I think they said Barkley failed on a blitz pickup. Still too many turnovers for Hurts.

Tough to keep staying positive when teams have clearly figured out Nick's philosophy on both sides of the ball.
If he goes, who is out there that is a big upgrade? I know most are opposed to Belichick but if he had no GM power, could he fix the defense?

Your two best receivers were out as was your right tackle. Not sure what happened to Juergens in the 4th but he was gone when they needed all hands to try and come back. You got practice squad guys getting catches.
I guess with the heat they didn't want to wear out Barkley that much? Gainwell is useless. Where is Shipley, or Rick's?
The Bucs had the defense figured out to a tea. Dinked and dunked all game while they played back. Bucs blitzed Hurts. As did the Packers, Falcons and Saints.
Got two weeks to figure it out and get it right or it will be a long cold Winter.

Looking at the routes yesterday it’s pretty clear Sirianni has his paws all over this offense.
Lot of vertical routes. Just like last year, no easy throws etc.
Eagles have to fire Sirianni today to give Moore time.

lot of blame to go around but HOwie has to be near the top. he's invested a lot of money and picks on the D and its not good. Huff/ White are huge misses. Resigning Maddox may have been a mistake. Is he blocking Dejean? it works when there's pressure like last week but that looks to be an anomaly.
coaching is also a huge issue. if youre going to rush 4 and not generate pressure, then why are the CBs playing off so much. wheres the adjustment as BAker was picking them apart with quick passes? on offense, why arent you using your no. 1 weapon and big season acquisition in a mccaffrey type way.
i dont think its panic time, as they are 2-2 and not healthy on O but damn this is not a very good team right now.

Exactly.
People complain when Hurts doesn't step up but escapes out the back. This was why I never ever have a problem when Hurts doesnt step up into the pocket. More bad shit happens then good. Jordan Love got hurt because he climbed the pocket. When a QB steps up, DTs wind up falling at your legs. When a QB steps up, DEs and LB sneak in from behind to strip you. You don't know what is behind you and countless QBs have been strip slacked the same way.
People just love to trash and blame Hurts.
