It is so typical Phillies, but what really sucks about that 4th inning for Gibson, is that he had Garcia struck out, but the ump called it ball 4. You combine that with Vierling not making a catch and Gibson has to throw a ton more pitches and gives up runs.

Stott way late on that fastball. I dont like that, what is it with our kids that they can not hit a fastball

This is how he looked in Sept 2020. He typically is a slow starter, so we have to hope that he figures it out. Problem is, he is not very good against LHP
