It is very definitely Steichen's playcalling that hurts their scoring later in games. It changed after the 2nd TD drive to include those sideways runs that wound up being losses.

You can not get in bad down and distance situations with this Dallas defense. They are too fast, they rush the passer well, they are effective blitzers and the Eagles' OL is not a good pass blocking line. The Eagles' need to have shorter 2nd downs to be able to attack a defense. Short 2nd downs keeps the defense on its heels.

Both Gannon and Steichen pull this same shit every week. They never seem to learn.

Scoring on the opening drive would be nice - even a FG. Use up some clock and shorten the game

Just seen too many 2nd halves this year when they gave teams opportunities. Vikings & Commanders luckily could not take advantage of them

Need an effective drive AND points with this possession.
