Obviously scoring 3 runs was big, but psychologically - not tying the game was a big missed opportunity.
If Thor doesn't throw up some zeroes, may not matter anyway

Padres bullpen is way better than ours. That was the chance there, just horrid at bats

Runner on 2nd, no out and 5-6-7 produce nothing.

Big difference is that the Padres have their big guns in the pen to limit the damage. Thompson really doesn't.

actually 0 today. i guess alvarado might be able to pitch. no way seranthony is available. its gonna be ugly here on out.

Thor/Gibson will eventually have to eat a lot of innings to keep the Phils in this one
