Lot of scuttlebutt that Michkov could be coming over as soon as this season...

[The Philadelphia Flyers announced today they have extended forward Travis Konecny to an eight-year contract worth an average annual value (AAV) of $8.75 million beginning with the 2025-26 season, according to General Manager Daniel Brière.]
This is a big deal. If you're serious about putting the best team on the ice, Konecny has to be a part of it. He's a star who would be better playing with even better talent. As it is, he allows Michkov to grow into his role without having to be the highest scorer right away. Michkov as a 2nd line RW is ideal.
