Flyers' still paying the price for the ridiculous decision to start the season with that 4 game WC trip.

That trip is physically and mentally exhausting. To start a season, you aren't game hardened, you don't have the legs and conditioning you have midway through a season. You can't be on the road out there for that long and come back home and not have to recover.

The LA Kings started off with a seven game road trip and managed to go 3-2-2. An early road trip is no excuse for the results that the Flyers are posting. If the Flyers were 1-4-1 and didn't look this bad for the last fifteen games of last season, it would be a different situation. It's a badly coached and managed club right now. Changes need to be made starting behind the bench. Having the typical TC from hell that Torts thinks is so good didn't help the legs of the players. Constantly changing lines and pairs on the ice kills ay chance to develop continuity. It's a fiasco.
