Taking my kids to their first baseball game today.
Yes, I have appeared to have cursed them with being a Phillies fan, especially my youngest.
Hoping Wheeler and Co. pull through.

Torn meniscus in right knee for Pache.
Best guess is that it's not season-ending, but almost certainly 8-10 weeks, and they'll have to be careful with his best asset -- speed -- when he returns
Guthrie is called up

Lehigh Valley has gone this way so far at CF:
Guthrie: 11 games
Kingery: 8 games
Muzziotti: 5 games
So they were making sure Guthrie was prepped to step into Philly in a pinch.
Now, with Guthrie here, Muzziotti should be everyday CF at LHV so they can assess him.

Muzziotti was doing well - was thinking it would be him.

That's a good damn shame about Pache.
Kid was really establishing himself, now he has to start over. Too much time to think.

Muzziotti being a LH batter makes him a less ideal fit for replacing Pache and letting Marsh have some days off. ... But I agree his ceiling is hopefully higher than Guthrie's.

Castellanos. Big Boom.
1-0, Phillies.
