Wow, I wonder why no one is commenting on this game? I would say this is AAA level batting, but I think that would be insulting to AAA.

After tomorrow, Phils will be 8-12 in their last 20

Must be a month starting with S.....

They will need to go at least 4-3 on the homestand and we know that the Mets will be motivated to play spoiler

The Marlins were able to improve their bullpen today for the final 2 weeks by adding Matt Moore who the Guardians DFAd to save salary

MLB really needs to change to a random drawing system for any player DFAd after the trade deadline. Take all teams that claim the player and draw one randomly, regardless of standings. That removes this inequity.

Wow. Catching the replay, that was an ugly one. Sanchez kept them in the game but Lorenzen hasn't been the same since the NH. I don't see him returning to form this season, including the playoffs. Makes it tough for him, and the Phillies, this offseason as a FA with Nola.
