Walker has only pitched one game in relief since 2014. They kind of need him to be their "Eflin" in October, though -- Eflin gave them 10.2 innings over 10 game last October, surrendering no earned runs in NLCS or World Series.

Phillies adding Orion Kerkering to the active roster for the final 9 games.
They need both an active roster move and a 40-man roster move. (Yunior Marte probably the active roster guy)
Well, we know that move will NOT be Rodolfo Castro
UPDATE: Drew Ellis DFA'd, and Yunior Marte returned to minors
