Batum is now listed as out for personal reasons.

Pacers shooting a blistering 11 - 21 from 3pt range.

Sixers are 3 - 10.

As I said on Sunday, these Pacers are an impressive unit. One of the most athletic rosters, top to bottom we've seen in quite some time and they have a ton of shooting with every one a willing passer.

Sixers could have used Oubre or Batum tonight. Cov, Morris and House are scoreless in the first half.

Pacers determined to not let Maxey beat them tonight. Sixers' offense has not run smoothly so far. Too many turnovers against a tough transition team.

Anyone need any more proof of the mistake Morey made not dealing Simmons to SacTown for Haliburton/Hield? Holy hell, Maxey/Haliburton as the 76ers' backcourt for the next decade?

For those wondering if the deal was on the table? I remind you that Haliburton thought his agent was going to tell him he was going to Philadelphia when he called him to say he was traded.

Excellent analysis, Genn.

Most teams don't have enough athletes to run at Maxey with multiple dudes. Plus, with Turner, they have a rim protector who can also play Embiid and they're quick enough to come off Harris, Cov and Morris to double with the ball in the air or on the catch to Embiid.

Free throw shooting has helped keep the Sixers within striking distance.

Pacers are woeful 8 -15 while the 76ers are 18 -19.

This game is showing the need for 1-2 more functional athletes on the roster. Even with Oubre and Batum, they need two more. They don't need another star. Melton ain't it, Beverly isn't quite there. Every one of 10 Pacers can all out the ball on the floor and get to the rim. They have 8 3pt shooters.
