Harper is still extremely uncomfortable with bouncing throws, he's not attacking the ball.and he's letting it play him. He's not going after it, he's trying to play the bounce.

I agree. It was a low throw but majority of 1st baseman will easily make that play. Harper has done well switching to the position.
