Don't know what it is about this team.
They’re the better team. It’s that simple
Come on. They are most certainly not the better team. They just play the Phillies well and the Phillies have never played well at Chase Field.

And yet the lead was still 7 5 games.

Can we not get carried away with the over the top negativity?

They have been playing shitty baseball for 6 weeks. You get a grip
Unless you consider 29-29 since 1st good.

Complete ass-kicking. These players look dead in the water
Time for a guy like Harper to have a players only meeting and light a fire under dead team walking

Worst bullpen in baseball currently? Serious question.

7-15 since the all star break. This is a ball club on a downward spiral that does not look like it will end anytime soon. So many bad at bats and a lot of piss poor pitching.

Unless things change quickly, this is a team that will be bounced right out of the playoffs (if they even make them).

It's impossible to play at the level they had been playing. This is baseball. Better to get it out of the way in August then have it happen in September.

It's always doom and gloom with you. It's always so dire and you have no ability to look at the bigger picture, see what else is going on around the league.

Everyone that started strong is struggling. It's a long, long season. There are supposed to be up and downs and there's no reason to make negative sweeping statements.

They weren't as good as their best record, they're not as bad as they've been since the London trip. They have just as good a chance to win in the playoffs as any other team.

That's really all we're ever promised. Somehow, we've become so entitled in this town that we're owed a championship.

The lead is 7.5. The Mets lost. The Braves lost.
