sitting the starters was the right call but damn would have been nice to see Saquon go for the record.

Hurts still in protocol is slightly concering

People need to prepare for the real possibility that McKee starts the 1st playoff game. That concussion was a bad one. You could see in Hurts' eyes that he was gone. I've never seen him look like that and it's not his 1st one. We've seen what this looks like in Miami with Tua. Here's hoping Hurts gets cleared by Monday for a full practice week.

McKee should have been allowed to be the backup.

That said, if Roseman can pull off a 2nd or 3rd Rd pick for Pickett, maybe it would be worth it.

McKee gives off all kinds of Nick Foles vibes.

Jake's mechanics have been off all year.

He keeps finishing to his left, pulling off the ball. He needs to be back to keeping his shoulders square to the cross bar and finishing forward.

It's just like a soccer player who keeps shooting wide left.

Same dumb 2nd and long plays calling.

So sick of the requisite inside zone handoff on 2nd down.

Teams have keyed in on it. Enough.

All in all, the backups are looking good against the Giants starters. Notwithstanding the questionable play calling from Moore, I have a slight glimmer of hope if Hurts doesn't clear protocol and practices this week. McKee looks like an NFL QB and should definitely be kept over Pickett next season.

Is the NFL going to 18 games next season? I have heard nothing about it yet, and a friend of mine swears it's a done deal starting next season.

We're seeing more and more of the shitty play calling that makes the offense stagnate. 3rd and 4 and another predictable inside zone handoff where the RB has no momentum and can't pick a hole. Drive stalls because of terrible play calling.

The playcalling really comes across as just laziness.

What is Moore doing?

Kellen Moore is a bad play caller.

It's not just the plays, it's his situational awareness.

Still not anticipating the pressure and making the defense pay.
